Are you passionate about working with children and ready for an exciting summer experience? Happy Days Preschool is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable Summer Camp Counselors to help create a safe, engaging, and unforgettable summer for children ages 4–10.
At Happy Days Preschool, we believe children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences. Our summer camp program provides a fun and active environment where campers can build friendships, gain confidence, and make lasting memories.
Location: 1823 Route 88, Brick, NJ
Supervise and actively engage campers during indoor and outdoor activities
Lead games, sports, crafts, group activities, and exciting field trips
Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
Maintain a fun, positive, and energetic camp environment
Work collaboratively with fellow counselors and staff members
Encourage teamwork, creativity, and participation among campers
Adapt activities to meet different interests, personalities, and energy levels
Assist in maintaining clean and organized camp spaces
Experience working with children in a school, camp, daycare, or similar setting preferred
Must be able to pass a background check
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic attitude
Available for the full summer camp schedule
CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
Energetic, creative, and dependable
Ability to think quickly and adapt to daily challenges
Teachers on summer break and college students are encouraged to apply
