Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Foreman to effectively lead a team in kitchen exhaust cleaning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of hood cleaning tasks, as well as maintaining a high level of quality control and inventory. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of kitchen exhaust cleaning, including managing a technician and ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize FileMaker to manage cleaning schedules, track progress, and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular customer visits to inspect and clean kitchen exhaust systems.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with night manager to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available when needed.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure that all job sites are in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop, ensuring that all equipment and materials are properly stored and secured.
- Provide leadership and guidance to your technician to ensure that they are working effectively and safely.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a kitchen exhaust cleaning foreman. 2+ years
- Strong understanding of kitchen exhaust cleaning principles and practices.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Experience with inventory management and equipment troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of quality control and OSHA regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing scheduling requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Sign on Bonus:
Must have 2 years of experience in full kitchen exhaust cleaning. sign on bonus payouts work as follows:
$250 at 3 months of employment and in good standing
$250 at 6 months of employment and in good standing
$500 at 1 year of employment and in good standing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
