We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the licensure process and the daily operations of our long-term care home. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain high-quality care standards, and provide compassionate leadership to staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations of the facility, ensuring quality care for residents.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, and community stakeholders.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain accreditation standards.
- Address and resolve resident or family concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Licensure: Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Delaware.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a nursing home administrator or in a similar leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and quality assurance practices.
