Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle arrivals and departures to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission models, within dealership premises and designated parking areas
- Move, park, and retrieve vehicles efficiently in outdoor settings, maintaining organization and safety standards
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires or equipment as needed to support service operations
- Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or related services, utilizing retail math and cash handling skills
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dealership’s outdoor areas, including parking lots and service driveways
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address any questions or concerns
Experience
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Dealership or automotive service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to operate standard passenger cars with manual transmissions confidently and safely
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Comfortable performing outdoor work in various weather conditions, including heavy lifting tasks
- Familiarity with parking procedures at or similar outdoor settings is advantageous
- Demonstrated reliability in cash handling, cashiering, or retail math transactions
