About the Role
We're looking for a motivated B2B Telephone Sales Representative to join our finance sales team. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers, presenting financing solutions such as [merchant cash advances, business loans, equipment financing, lines of credit, etc.], and guiding prospects through the sales process from first contact to close — all over the phone. This is a great opportunity for a persuasive, target-driven salesperson who enjoys building relationships and closing deals without the demands of travel.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to business prospects from provided lead lists or self-sourced research
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers (owners, CFOs, finance managers)
- Explain financing and lending services that fit each business's needs
- Handle objections professionally and follow up persistently with warm leads
- Collaborate with underwriting/credit teams to structure and finalize deals
- Accurately log calls, notes, and deal status in the CRM system
What We're Looking For
- Experience in telephone sales, inside sales, or B2B sales — finance/lending experience strongly preferred
- Confident, professional phone presence with strong closing skills
- Resilience and persistence — comfortable handling rejection and gatekeepers
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Knowledgeable in CRM and dialer software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or finance background a plus!
