Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Montessori Trained Early Childhood Teacher to join our team beginning August 10, 2026. In this role, you will present engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that align with Montessori principles, supporting children’s growth across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains. Your expertise will help cultivate a love of learning in our students while maintaining a nurturing Montessori classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior guidance techniques aligned with Montessori principles
- Prepare and maintain the classroom according to Montessori principles
- Maintain detailed records of student progress using Transparent Classroom
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children in your care at all times
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Montessori teaching methods and child development
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
