Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to support the review, design, and execution of electrical and control systems for retrofit refrigeration projects and new construction. This role will focus on evaluating existing site electrical designs, supporting new construction design efforts, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and assisting with design development, procurement of electrical equipment, field execution, and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Participate in online and on-site project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Review product and system designs to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with project requirements
- Respond to and manage RFIs (Requests for Information) in a timely manner
- Coordinate and resolve electrical and control-related technical questions, including product-related inquiries
- Manage costs in order to meet budget.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance
- Promote a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Apply solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Maintain clear communication among all parties with regular updates
- Monitor and evaluate project progress and performance, and prepare weekly summaries
- Identify and help resolve project-related issues and conflicts
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, site managers, and other stakeholders
- Assist in developing and managing construction schedules and activities
- Coordinate project efforts across architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Support proposal development and purchase order creation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Travel to job sites as required for supervision, including both short- and long-term assignments
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ working experience in electrical project management, design or construction management, facility management, engineering or architecture, or a related field.
- Comfortable reading and understanding AES and drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and general computer software and ACAD a plus.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
