As part of our team, you will be designing and developing applications for our different systems and will be performing IT tasks to test and deploy our systems.

We are a small transportation technology firm based in the Hudson Valley comprised primarily of software developers and engineers. Our team designs, develops and installs systems on roadways to provide and collect traffic and payment information to drivers and the roadway operators. We have a collaborative work environment and welcome new ideas. As part of a multi-national corporation, we have the support of a large organization, but we are able to operate as a small company.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and document applications
- Prepare Server infrastructures for systems testing and deployments
- Assist with the development of sensor interfaces
- Assisting with DB development
- Assisting with System testing
- Assisting with Systems installations
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of professional database programming experience
- Have work authorization to work in the United States
Technical Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience using a modern high-level language
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in MySQL
- Proficiency in Linux
- Server configuration knowledge
- Networking Experience
Additional Qualifications to be a Plus
- Knowledge of C, C#, Java, Go, Python, or other high-level language
- Knowledge of MS SQL DB, Postgres DB or Oracle DB
- Knowledge of a BI or reporting tool
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
