Sunmerry started in Japan and was brought to Taiwan in 1986. With the Japanese baking techniques and local Taiwan flavors, Sunmerry Bakery has become a household name in Taipei. Responsibilities and Duties
- Assembling and decorating all cakes/products
- Bake daily production of cakes, cookies, cupcake, and etc
- Perform daily operations, including but not limited to: separating, filling and baking.
- Follow precise recipes and maintain consistent quality and texture
- Prepare batter and mise en place the day prior when needed
- Assist with inventory and ingredient prep as needed
- Provide sufficient products and maintaining quality to meet Sunmerry standards and completing designated tasks on time.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively as a collaborative team player
- Cleaning up of workstation at end of shift including washing all equipment, cleaning cake production area and stock area clean and organized
- Follow directions and work together with the management team to deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or higher;
- Food/Bakery experience preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill;
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;
- ServSafe certified;
- Weekend and holiday availability
- MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY
Job Types: Full time
Shift: Morning shift, start from 7:00 am
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
