Langford's Pub is the full-service bar and restaurant at The Golf Courses of Lawsonia; a 36-hole golf property located in Green Lake, WI. We are seeking a dependable, energetic individual with a passion for food to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate would be available to work flexible shifts either in the A.M or P.M. We will work around child care, obligations, other jobs, etc. Compensation is based on experience and is negotiable for skilled candidates.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for this position is to prepare and cook-to-order menu items for our guests while focusing on CONSISTENCY, EFFICIENCY and CLEANLINESS.
- Prepare components of each dish on our menu ensuring menu and presentation consistency
- Follow portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen
- Ensure your workspace, food prep areas, and food storage are kept clean and in an orderly fashion
- Work with team members and complete prep work for other shifts when needed
- Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product
- Follow all state health guidelines to ensure safe food preparation and service
Qualifications:
- Excellent food-handling skills
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to work on your feet for 6+ hours
- Comfortable working with a team
- Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
- High school diploma/GED
