What You’ll Do
Lead, Build & Inspire

Lead and grow a global team of Electrical Engineers, Designers, and Team Leads.

Champion a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

Expand team capabilities by strategically leveraging third-party engineering partners.

Align global teams under clear priorities while supporting regional execution needs.
Drive Technical Excellence

Oversee the design and execution of complex electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, instrumentation, and infrastructure.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Provide hands-on technical guidance, reviewing and refining designs for safety, scalability, and manufacturability.

Partner cross-functionally to align engineering execution with project milestones and customer expectations.
Elevate Quality & Innovation

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering quality, reduce rework, and improve delivery predictability.

Standardize electrical architectures, design practices, and engineering workflows across a global footprint.

Build and maintain robust engineering standards, libraries, and reference designs.

Collaborate with Manufacturing and Service teams to optimize designs for real-world performance and reliability.
Shape Strategy & Collaboration

Partner with Project Management, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, and other functions to deliver competitive, cutting-edge solutions.

Manage and evolve relationships with external engineering partners to maximize capacity and quality.

Help define and execute the long-term electrical engineering strategy to support ABEC’s growth and scalability.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

Proven success leading engineering teams in complex, project-based environments.

Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and the confidence to guide design decisions.

Experience delivering engineered systems in industrial, regulated, or high-performance environments.

Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and global teams.

Experience with power distribution, controls, instrumentation, or industrial equipment design.
-
Experience managing distributed teams and external partners is a plus.
