Civil Engineering Real Property Manager / Real Property Services Manager
EAST O&M, LLC is seeking an experienced Real Property Maintenance Manager for its current base operations support contract at Pittsburgh ARS, PA. EAST O&M is a multi-service facility management & base operations support provider to military installations.
Major responsibilities include: Preventive Maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) service calls for facility maintenance, utility systems, fuels facilities, fire suppression system maintenance, roads and grounds and snow removal. Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a combination of construction, maintenance and operation of facilities and utilities. Experience in operation and maintenance of utility plants and systems is highly desirable. Minimum of 6 years management experience in any of the above areas required.
The RPM manager shall be located on-site and be available during normal duty hours within 30 minutes to meet on the installation with government personnel. After normal duty hours, the RPM manager shall be available within one hour. The RPM Manager shall maintain a communication device by which he/she can be contacted by a base representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
RPM manager must be able to identify, troubleshoot, and develop solutions to Real Property Corrective Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, and Plant Operations. Ensure Quality Control metrics and records of inspections and comply with the Base Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Program.
Position is responsible for various monthly reporting to the Government and must schedule workers to ensure workload is completed to meet Government requirements and deadlines. Responsible for personnel hiring and disciplinary actions. Position must ensure all scheduled maintenance and inspections are completed on time.
Excellent Microsoft Office and computer systems knowledge required. NEXGEN IT familiarity is a plus.
Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Must have a current Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) credential through IFMA or equivalent.
