Job Description: Installation Coordinator/Support Staff Team Member
Work Hours: 9am – 6pm/ 8am - 5 pm Weekdays

Position Overview: Are you RELIABLE, DEDICATED, ORGANIZED and FRIENDLY? Do you love being part of a team, but can work independently as well? Falco’s is looking for someone like you to join our Coordination and Support Staff team! Our support staff is central to our entire company, the first point of contact for our customers, and provides management, inter-department and team support. In addition, our Installation Department Coordinator is the lead coordinator of our retail install operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinator Duties-
· Collaborate with installers, estimators, customers and other departments to ensure high standards and efficiency.
· Schedule installation jobs and maintain a full, profitable schedule
· Accurately create work order packets, preparation and processing, special projects, data entry and reporting.
· Confirm installation appointments with homeowners to ensure a shared understanding of expectations
· Promote high standards, accurate record keeping, communication and timely completion of installations
· Assist with policy and procedure development, generation and maintenance of documents, forms and checklists.
· Attend and participate in relevant department meetings
· Learn and understand zip codes and locations in Spokane, North Idaho and outlying areas.
· Possess a knowledge of or a desire to learn basic terminology, parts and mechanical operations of Fireplace, HVAC and Electrical systems/services.
· Respond to changes quickly, efficiently and positively.
· Always strive to help grow and develop the department and team
Support Staff Duties-
· Warmly welcome customers into our showroom and direct them to correct product area or department.
· Positively and professionally answer phone calls and transfer the caller to the correct person
· Assist customers with Point of Sale purchases
· Assist Showroom Specialists with scheduling, taking deposits (in store and by phone), product coordination
· Assist with filing, organizing and maintaining company paperwork files
· Other duties/tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent;
· Strong customer skills and a natural ability and desire to serve and make visitors feel welcome.
· Highly reliable, dedicated and self motivated
· Efficient and organized, with an attention to detail.
· A good knowledge of computers, email, Microsoft Office program basics, printers and copy machines is required.
-Service Titan software knowledge and prior use is a benefit, but not required
· Clean and professional appearance (business casual)
