We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient focused team in Raleigh North Carolina. We are looking for a compassionate clinician who values teamwork, patient relationships and community care.
Duties include mostly:
- Provide high-quality primary and urgent care
- Perform assessments, diagnostics and treatment plans
- Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and staff
- Deliver compassionate care to adverse patient population
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Manage accurate and timely documents in EMR
- Supervising with the doctor, employees and the progression and need of our office.
Looking for
- Active NC license
- Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
- Commitment to patient experience and evidence-based practice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in primary care, urgent care or family medicine preferred
- Enrolled in Medicaid and Medicare preferred or ability to obtain
