Responsibilities

- Oversee all operational functions, including program delivery, financial management, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
- Cultivate relationships with donors, partners, government agencies, and community organizations to support business development and resource expansion.
- Manage organizational budgets, financial planning, and reporting to maintain fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Supervise senior staff member, providing guidance on management practices, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Lead efforts in strategic planning sessions, organizational assessments, and policy development to enhance effectiveness and sustainability.

- Proven expertise in business management with a track record of leading non-profit or similar organizations successfully.
