Minimum Requirements (Hard Stop)
- 3+ years of Sterile Processing experience in a high-volume acute care or Level I Trauma facility
- CBSPD or CRCST (HSPA/IAHCSMM) Certification Required
- Experience with all phases of sterile processing
Responsibilities
- Decontamination of surgical instruments, drills, Da Vinci equipment, and scopes
- Instrument assembly for all service lines, including trauma and loaner trays
- Steam and Sterrad sterilization
- High-Level Disinfection (HLD) and flexible scope processing
- Sterile storage and inventory management
- OR liaison support
- Censitrac instrument tracking system
