The Role
We’re looking for a confident, personable professional to be the face of Thomas Fence Co. in the Raleigh market. You’ll meet customers at their properties, take accurate measurements, walk them through our fence product options, and set the job up for a smooth handoff to our operations team. Occasionally you may visit an active job site to walk through a project with the crew or address a customer concern.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to customer properties throughout the Raleigh area for scheduled consultations
- Take precise measurements of the project site
- Walk customers through fence product options in a clear, confident way
- Document job details accurately and hand off to the operations team
- Occasionally visit job sites to support the crew or resolve customer concerns
- Represent Thomas Fence Co. professionally on every visit
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and professional — you’re the face of the company on-site
- Strong communicator who can explain things clearly and build trust with customers
- Detail-oriented — accurate measurements matter
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Experience in construction, home improvement, or a trades-related field is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Must be able to pass and comply with random drug testing
Compensation & Schedule
- $48,000–$55,000/year based on experience
- 30–40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling based on customer appointment volume
