We're seeking a motivated and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to support a busy orthopedic and sports medicine practice serving patients throughout Monmouth County, New Jersey. Travel between nearby office locations may be required to support clinical operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations following physician orders and established imaging protocols.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring comfort and safety.
- Position patients appropriately to obtain accurate diagnostic images while maintaining radiation safety standards.
- Prepare examination rooms and imaging equipment for daily patient care.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and fellow technologists to support efficient patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation while protecting confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with general clinical support duties as needed to promote a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License required.
- ARRT certification required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel between nearby practice locations as needed.
- C-Arm experience is a plus, but training is available.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on patient volume.
