Job Description Summary
The Runner/Shop Helper supports the Alvin, TX daily warehouse operations under supervision by assisting personnel with routine tasks. This entry-level role focuses on safely performing basic duties while developing proficiency in equipment operation. The position also requires driving a company vehicle to various locations to pick up materials.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Keep the shop clean, safe and organized.
- Transport parts between Alvin and La Porte facilities with company owned vehicle
- Transport parts by forklift to various locations on the property as needed.
- Practice Lean principles in daily work participate in LEAN events.
- Proactively engage and support company initiatives designed to promote a culture of safest working and continual improvement.
Requirements:
- Must have transportation to the Alvin, TX location
- Clean driving record
- Forklift experience is preferred, not required.
- Experience in a warehouse setting.
- Willing to work weekends and OT when needed.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
