Base Salary: $60,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales & Recycling Materials Buyer to develop new business and build lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
- Meet with commercial and industrial customers to evaluate recycling needs.
- Purchase recyclable materials including metals, cardboard, paper, and other commodities.
- Prepare competitive pricing proposals and recycling solutions.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound business development.
- Work with operations to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Maintain customer information using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales, purchasing, account management, or related experience preferred.
- Experience in recycling, waste, manufacturing, or industrial services is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Excel proficiency preferred; CRM experience helpful.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
