Job Description
- Analyze contract documents, plans, and specifications to evaluate project work scopes
- Verify work quantities and assign appropriate resources and productivity rates
- Evaluate design options and recommend solutions to secure work
- Create and submit bid proposals; negotiate and secure contracts
- Schedule equipment, personnel, materials, and subcontractors in cooperation with Project Superintendents
- Monitor daily job costs and implement cost control plans
- Manage project finances, review and approve pay estimates, and authorize project transactions
- Ensure safety programs, company procedures, and quality standards are met
- Maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or 5+ years of relevant construction project management and estimating experience
- Experience overseeing labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, project budgets, and schedules
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HCSS HeavyBid
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
