About the role

Baristas support all sales efforts in the retail stores through outstanding customer service, beverages prepared per Ascension’s highest standards, and a commitment to quality in all of the goods offered.
What you'll do

Prepare and serve all beverages adhering to quality standards

Ensure guests are warmly received and welcomed to Ascension

Ensure that sanitary protocol is demonstrated daily

Maintain coffee knowledge of current and previous offerings

Educate guests and staff on all coffee and teas carried

Attend training sessions with the Coffee Trainer

Demonstrate an ongoing pursuit of education and growth
Qualifications
-
Barista experience a plus.

Experience with high-level customer service.
