We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Home Care onboarding and be able to effectively manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and implement an effective onboarding process for new Home Care employees
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees during the onboarding process
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process and make recommendations for improvement
- Proven experience as an Onboarding Specialist in the Home Care industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
