Job Summary
Liccardi Ford Lincoln is seeking aggressive Business Development Representatives that can handle more than TRIPLE the normal vehicle inquiry volume than the average dealer. Seasoned telemarketers are also welcome to apply.
The role is crucial as the internet and phone sales continue to drive in more and more traffic every day and this will continue to be the case going into the future. We are a family owned operation and would like you to come join us and be a part of the Liccardi family! Earn more than $1000/week (salary+commission) !!! Must be able to work 2 evenings until 8PM
Responsibilities and Duties
Setting appointments for incoming phone/internet sales leads, growing business on a daily basis by improving the quality of our communication with non walk-in traffic, working with the sales/service teams to assure a high level quality of service and care, and assisting in many aspects of the vehicle sales process
- Navigate our CRM tool used to track customer inquiries.
- Enter notes in customer records in our CRM (VinSolutions)
- Email, text and call all new customer inquiries in a timely fashion according to our process
- Promptly respond to customer returned emails, text messages and voice mails
- Follow up on all inquiries and ensure all customers’ questions are answered
- Schedule customer appointments
- Complete all daily tasks due
- Manually input inbound phone inquiries in CRM with proper sources and schedule follow up
- High inbound and outbound call volume
- Unsold showroom follow up
Qualifications and Skills
First and foremost, a great personality and good people skills will help more than anything else. In addition, the ability to learn, be coached, and listen are crucial in your training to becoming a successful rep. Ambition to succeed will help determine the size of your own paycheck!
- Must be able to work at least 2 evenings including every Saturday until 8:00PM
- Previous automotive BDC experience preferred but will train the right individual with Telemarketing experience
- Professional personal appearance
- Outgoing with a friendly personality
- Internet, email and computer literate
- Outstanding phone skills and appointment setting ability
- Must be goal oriented
- Must possess ability and be motivated to make a minimum of 125 calls per day plus strive for more
- Ability to handle high volume of inquiries
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A strong and responsible work ethic with a desire to be successful
- Must be coachable and adhere to dealership's BDC processes
- Must be a team player
- Ability to stay calm in a fast paced work environment; must thrive under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
