The Bent's Camp Family seeking a friendly, motivated individual with a passion for creating delicious drinks to join our team. The right candidate will be required to quickly learn and implement drink recipes, communicate the menu to our customers and respond to customer requests and concerns. Our Bartenders are essential members of our team – they are always on the move while interacting with our customers and other staff.
Responsibilities:
- Mix beverages in accordance with recipes and specifications.
- Deliver beverages to customers in a polite, friendly manner.
- Strong communication, decision making and customer service skills.
- Keep an accurate record of all monies.
- Assist bartenders, servers or managers as needed.
- Stock the bar inventory appropriately.
- Clean and organize the and surrounding areas
- Perform opening and closing duties such as: sweeping, mopping, stocking, prepping garnish, special drink mixtures, etc.
Physical Requirements:
*Ability to lift 50 pounds
*Ability to bend, twist, and turn
*Ability to squat and kneel
*Ability to stand for long periods of time
