VRO LLC orders certified birth and death records nationwide on behalf of our customers. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time courier in the Denver area to visit the Colorado Vital Records Section (4300 Cherry Creek Dr S, Denver) on our behalf.
What you'll do
- Retrieve assigned orders from our online portal (daily or every other day)
- Print the application packets and prepaid shipping labels at home (supplies provided)
- Submit 1-3 applications per visit at the vital records counter
- Ship the obtained certificates the same day (prepaid overnight labels)
What you'll need
- Valid driver's license and reliable car
- A home printer and small home-office setup
- Care and confidentiality handling official documents
- Dependable weekday daytime availability
- Comfort being named as our designated representative in customer authorization documents
- Background check required due to sensitive customer information (after conditional offer)
Compensation
- $40 per completed trip + $10 per completed application, paid weekly (1099 independent contractor)
- About 3 trips per week, roughly 2 hours per trip door to door - typical earnings $50-70 per trip
Schedule
- Part-time, flexible - we'll set a standing schedule together (e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri mornings)
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
