Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and personalized outreach efforts.
- Lead conversations with prospects to understand their goals and present partnership or sponsorship opportunities that fit their needs.
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed agreement while maintaining a professional and personal experience.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat partnerships and referrals.
- Work alongside leadership and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and increase conversions.
- Track communication, leads, and deal progress using CRM software and organized reporting systems.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while representing the organization with professionalism and confidence.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with confident and respectful phone etiquette.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt conversations to different clients and industries.
- Experience in sales, fundraising, marketing, or customer relations is preferred but not required.
- Must complete a remote training process before independently handling leads.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems is a plus.
- Must disclose any criminal history during the application process.
