Envision Collective is hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing team in El Paso, TX. This is an entry level opportunity, so previous experience is not required. As a Sales Representative, you'll work face-to-face with residential customers, introduce them to available products and promotions, answer questions, and help each customer choose the right solution. This is a people-focused, field-based sales position, so you should be comfortable meeting new people every day.

What You'll Do
- Meet face-to-face with customer prospects in assigned neighborhoods.
- Present products, promotions, and service options to each customer.
- Build relationships with every customer through professional conversations.

- Complete applications and paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with each customer when needed.
- Meet daily and weekly sales goals.
- Represent Envision Collective professionally in the field.
