- Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and ensure equipment is in good condition
- Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including setting up staging areas and equipment
- Perform restoration processes as directed
- Follow all safety and risk management guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, leaving the job site clean and orderly
- Maintain an organized warehouse space; clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds as assigned
- Develop expertise in restoration services, cleaning products, and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- IICRC certifications (preferred)
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction (preferred)
- Strong work ethic
- Strong verbal communication skills
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry objects repetitively
- Comfortable working with cleaning agents
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Work Environment:
- Frequent exposure to fumes and airborne particles
- Occasional exposure to extreme conditions such as heat and strong odors
- Work environments may be noisy
- Respirator use may be required for safety
Schedule & Travel Requirements
- Full-time position: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)
- Frequent overtime, including evenings and weekends
- Travel is primarily local, with occasional out-of-area and overnight assignments
