Felt Poker Room & Lounge is a brand new, state-of-the-art entertainment hub in Des Moines, Washington. We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Food and Beverage Servers to build the culture and be the face of our NEW team at Felt Poker Room and Lounge. As a key member of our bar and serving team, you'll ensure our guests enjoy a memorable food and drink experience. In addition to your bartending and serving duties, you'll maintain a clean, organized bar, and assist in keeping supplies stocked to meet the needs of our high energy environment. If you're known for your strong customer service, have a great knowledge of beverages and cocktails and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, we want to hear from you!

Warmly greet arriving guests with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and thank departing guests sincerely, leaving them with a memorable impression that encourages their return.

Ensure prompt and courteous service in your designated area and/or tables that puts the guest experience and safety first, while enhancing the fun and entertainment of the poker room atmosphere.

Present menu with knowledge of items, answer questions, make suggestions, and clearly communicate menu details.

Input orders in "Toast" POS to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and bar.

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages, including beer, wines, and cocktails.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as necessary.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Have or obtain Class 12 Alcohol Server Permit (MAST)

Have or obtain Current Washington State Food Worker Card

Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

Ability to work with "Toast" Point of Sale system (POS).

Ability to prioritize, organize and use time efficiently.

Knowledge of applicable local and state federal health and safety regulations.
