Job Description – Double Weekend LPN (Baylor Program)
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Double Weekend Baylor
Pay: $30.00/hour plus Baylor Pay
Schedule: Double Weekends
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health status and promptly report changes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting resident safety and comfort.
Qualifications:
- Current, active LPN license.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care.
