Position Overview: Hiring hosts, servers, expo, fry cook, and bartenders
Open Date: Open until filled, priority given to individuals willing to cross-train.
FOH responsibilities include:
- Provide highly attentive and quality service, including clear communication skills.
- Provide personalized service to both new and returning customers.
- Work on a team and delegate responsibilities as needed
- Manage many moving pieces during a shift.
- Demonstrate passion for food and hospitality
BOH responsibilities include:
- Assist in the maintenance, cleanliness, and stocking of kitchen storage areas
- Work as a team player and step in when needed
- High level of customer service and professional behavior inside and outside the kitchen
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently and as a team member
- High work ethic and demonstrated reliability
Physical requirements for all positions:
- Able to lift large trays, bulk orders, and kitchen supplies
- Able to work on feet for duration of shift.
