Job Summary
Rackfinity is looking for an Accounts Receivable team member to join us in a full-time capacity role. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely collection of outstanding balances, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your skills in data entry, account reconciliation, and analysis will make a significant impact.
Duties
- Manage end-to-end billing and collections process, including generating and sending invoices, applying payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
- Process and monitor incoming payments using various payment processor tools.
- Perform customer account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of receivables records.
- Follow up on overdue accounts through with customer service skills to secure payment while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Manage and/or upload invoices to customer specific spend management tools.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and accounts payable to ensure seamless financial operations.
Skills
- Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail for accurate account analysis and data entry.
- Excellent English paired with professional phone etiquette for collections calls.
- Understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
