Manual posting of insurance and personal payments to medical claims. Reconcile posting batches to the bank deposits daily; processing insurance virtual credit card payments; image scanning explanation of benefits; researching and resolving unpostables; retrieving explanation of benefits from insurance websites to post to patient claims; and other duties as directed by the Business Office Manager.
