AC Designs is hiring experienced HVAC Trim Technicians to join our growing team. This position focuses on the final phase of installation—ensuring systems are completed სწორly, efficiently, and up to code.
We’re looking for dependable technicians who take pride in clean, accurate work and want consistent, year-round employment.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete final trim work on HVAC systems for residential projects
- Install registers, grills, thermostats, and system components
- Ensure systems are installed to code and ready for startup
- Work with field teams to complete jobs on schedule
- Use mobile/paperless systems to document work accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience or 1 year of Trim experience
- Strong understanding of Florida mechanical code
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for job documentation
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Team player with a strong work ethic
