Snow Creek Apparel, Inc. is looking for a part-time Production Assistant in Columbia, MO. This position will handle several tasks relating to embroidery, screen printing, and heat seal application. We are proud to offer competitive pay, flexible hours, and a great work environment.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is comfortable working efficiently and independently. have substantial screen printing experience. We will provide all necessary training, but previous experience is helpful. Pay will be based on experience. We are looking for someone who is dependable, pays attention to detail, and is self-motivated and able to manage themselves.
Responsibilities Include:
- Apply custom designs to t-shirts, hats, etc. via screen printing, embroidery, and heat press methods.
- Produce a quality product that clients can be proud of.
- Maintain an efficient and organized work flow in the production space.
- Maintain quality control throughout the production process, ensuring consistency and precision in every print.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Occasional interaction with customers in-person and over the phone may be required.
