The Role: Mitigation Crew Chief
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented leader for our Water, Fire, and Mold Mitigation Department. As a Crew Chief, you aren't just doing the work—you are running the show on the ground, guiding your team, and being the calming, professional face of our company for stressed property owners.
What You'll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Train, supervise, and motivate Production Technicians on active job sites.
- Be the Guide: Communicate clearly with customers, answering their questions and giving them peace of mind during a crisis.
- Own the Project: Manage job file documentation, control project costs, and ensure absolute quality control from start to finish.
- Safety First: Identify job site hazards and enforce top-tier safety measures for your crew and the property occupants.
- Protect the Fleet: Oversee and maintain state-of-the-art restoration equipment and materials.
Who We're Looking for (Qualifications):
To maintain our reputation as the best in Beverly Hills, we need the best. Here is what it takes to qualify:
- The Experience: 6+ months of hands-on restoration work (preferably in a Crew Chief or leadership role).
- The Know-How: Solid knowledge of restoration equipment, tools, and industry best practices.
- The Credentials: IICRC certification (or equivalent training) is a major plus, but not required—we will train the right leader!
- The Drive: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must.
- The Commitment: Because disasters don’t wait for a 9-to-5, you must be willing to work flexible hours (nights/weekends) and join our 24-hour emergency on-call rotation.
- The Grit: Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably in various environmental conditions.
