- Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to maintain optimal vehicle health.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and your brain to complete repairs efficiently.
- Be organized enough to properly record job activity and parts used.
Experience
- Proven experience or extensive background in automotive repair industry preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing engines, transmissions, auto body repairs, and auto estimating.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, suspension systems repair (including shocks & struts), brake repair, wheel alignment, and auto body work.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics or diesel mechanics is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately; experience with automotive diagnostics tools is essential.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced automotive repair environment demonstrating excellent mechanical skills and customer service orientation.
