LPN Responsibilities:
- · Licensed Practical Nurse will record a patient’s medical history accurately
- · Licensed Practical Nurse will take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
- · Licensed Practical Nurse will observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc.
- · Licensed Practical Nurse will administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, clean and dress wounds, and assist with other basic medical care tasks.
- · Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions
