Job Description –
The Heavy Equipment Operator will operate a variety of equipment. This is a full-time, year-round position. RW Excavating Solutions strives to provide opportunities to operate many types of machinery to help our team members develop a diversified skill set. Heavy Equipment Operators will work on a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to:
Earth Moving- Rock Placement
- Utility Installation
- Clearing & Demolition
- Erosion Control
Duties –
- Operate a variety of equipment efficiently.
- Perform daily maintenance – grease, check fluids, clean tracks, etc.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working atmosphere.
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Provide input with planning and management of projects.
- Provide management of others when required.
- Be willing to assist with other tasks as they arise.
Requirements –
- A desire to learn and grow.
- Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.
- Posses a valid driver’s license and a means to get to and from the job site.
