What We’re Looking For
A-Level Technicians
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
- Experience with major mechanical repairs
- Ability to work independently and mentor other techs
- ASE certifications and/or dealership experience preferred
B-Level Technicians
- Strong general repair and maintenance experience
- Ability to perform brakes, suspension, steering, engine repair, and general service work
- Comfortable using scan tools and service information systems
- Solid work ethic and willingness to continue learning and advancing
