Since 1999, Lakes Region Tent and Event has been New Hampshire's go-to source for event rentals — the tents, tables, chairs, and gear behind hundreds of weddings, graduations, corporate events, and celebrations across the region. None of that happens without a strong Loading crew, and that's where you come in.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, physical role at the heart of our operation. You'll be loading and unloading trucks and trailers, working from pick lists to get the right product to the right event, and making sure every item goes out clean, protected, and accounted for. You'll learn how to properly secure tables, chairs, and high-end product for transport; how to hook up and troubleshoot ovens and heaters; and how to hitch, load, and haul with our trailers and box trucks. No two days look exactly alike, and you'll be trusted to jump in wherever the team needs a hand.

- The ability to lift up to 100 lbs, repeatedly, throughout the day
- The ability to read, understand, and work from a pick list

No experience? No problem — we'll train you on the specifics. What matters most is your work ethic and your willingness to learn.
The Details
- Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (shifts may run later or wrap up earlier depending on the day's needs)
- Job Type: Seasonal, through November 1st
- Location: Concord, NH 03301 — must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
Good to Know
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- This is a physical job that involves repeated lifting, carrying, and being on your feet for extended periods
- English & Spanish proficiency preferred.
