On-Site Framing Supervisor
JF Roxo Construction is seeking an experienced On-Site Framing Supervisor to oversee residential framing projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of framing supervision experience
- Must be bilingual (English and Portuguese or English and Spanish)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Experience managing crews and maintaining job site safety
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily framing operations and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
- Manage and monitor framing crews, productivity, and attendance
- Control inventory of materials, tools, and equipment
- Coordinate material deliveries and report shortages or damaged materials
- Inspect work quality to ensure it meets company standards
- Provide daily progress reports to company management
- Enforce company policies and OSHA safety requirements
- Keep the job site organized, efficient, and clean
- Communicate effectively with management, subcontractors, and suppliers
This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
