You might be a great fit if you...
- Hold a current 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification (500-hour training is wonderful, too!)
- Teach with warmth, presence, and authenticity
- Create classes that feel welcoming to every/body and every level of experience
- Understand anatomy and can offer alignment cues along with with accessibility, offering thoughtful options when necessary
- Value meditation, breathwork, mantra, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation as much as physical practice
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to hold space for your students
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and fellow teachers
- Take pride in leaving the studio even more beautiful than you found it
- Are dependable and genuinely enjoy working in a studio environment
Experience with meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, or other complementary healing modalities is a wonderful bonus.
