About the Opportunity
RSMC Services is partnering with a leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Northern California to recruit compassionate, mission-driven General Dentists. You will work in a modern, high-support clinical environment serving both pediatric and adult populations, delivering high-quality care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with a 4-day or 5-day workweek option.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, restorations, extractions, preventive services, and patient education
- Treat a diverse patient population (50% pediatric / 50% adult; 80–90% Medicaid)
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and medical teams in a community-focused care model
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely chart closure
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: $178,276+ (New Grads) -$210,000
- Annual Increase: 2% for every year of experience Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000 (Crescent City)Loan Repayment: Up to $300,000–$400,000 over 5 years
- PTO: 29 paid days annually (includes holidays + education days)
- Schedule Flexibility: Choose a 4-day or 5-day workweek

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active (or ability to obtain) California Dental License
- DEA Registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Passion for community health and underserved populations
