Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our office facilities. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, conference rooms, hallways, and break areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met consistently.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Handle trash removal and recycling duties efficiently across all designated areas.
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and disinfecting high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs.
- Assist with light custodial maintenance including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to facilities management.
- Support additional facilities maintenance activities such as floor buffing or industrial cleaning when required to uphold the overall cleanliness standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a focus on office environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning processes.
- Familiarity with custodial equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining hygiene standards.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
