Pre-Kitting/Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Pre-Kitter is responsible for accurately preparing and assembling product kits for vending machines, micro-markets, and delivery routes. This role ensures that all items are picked, packed, and organized according to order specifications while maintaining quality standards, accuracy, and efficiency. The Warehouse Pre-Kitter plays a vital part in supporting warehouse operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and assemble product kits based on order sheets, route lists, or electronic picking systems.
- Verify product counts, item types, and expiration dates before kitting.
- Ensure all kits are labeled and organized for easy distribution to drivers and route personnel.
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (first-in, first-out) to minimize product waste.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to site supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and other general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, including proper lifting and use of equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, warehouse team members, and route drivers to resolve issues quickly.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently toward the completion of assigned duties.
· Willing to show initiative in finding solutions to challenges encountered while completing assigned duties.
· Possess the desire and ability to work with a diverse team of employees in a manner that leads to successful daily interactions.
· Be available at short notice after regular hours to address unforeseen challenges that may arise in coffee production.
· Must pass a background check before being hired.
· Must sign a non-compete clause to work for the company.
Required Education and Experience.
· High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
· Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, or kitting experience a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.
· Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
· Basic math and counting skills; ability to read pick lists or use handheld scanners.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Work Environment
· Warehouse environment with moderate noise and variable temperatures.
· Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
· Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on operational needs.

Wage/Salary: Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with benefits
