I thought I would just shoot you straight.
This is a beautiful office overlooking the mountains, the office is very energetic and there are dozens of seven figure people working here. You dont need to work from the office, we have a very robust discord with around 200 people, I would suggest starting in the office to sit next to the people doing amazing things (not necessary but it is helpful).
The work is simple but requires you to put in a lot of work upfront. There are people making $300k+ in their first year, there are people that try it out and realize its not for them. I would say out of 10 people, 7 people will last a year, which are higher numbers compared to most firms in insurance.
This job is 100% independent, you want to go on vacation, go for it, you want to split your time between the office and home, go for it, etc.
You are paid directly from the carriers, no one is in between you and your paycheck. You will start out at 80% comp.
People stick around here because it is hard to find better terms.

-Does require an insurance license. This can be completed in a week for a $49 schooling (happy to send you the info).
