OBJECTIVE: Nanticoke is seeking a Marketing Representative to lead our brand and our growing line of products and heighten brand awareness through deeper consumer engagement. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a fast-growing brand in an emerging market.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
· Create, develop and manage content for marketing materials, including regular and compliant social media posts, email campaigns utilizing High Day software, websites and digital advertising
· Conduct research to identify consumer trends and competitive activity using Pistil software
· Organize and attend promotional events and trade shows to represent Nanticoke and enhance brand visibility
· Develop exceptional rapport with entire customer base, sales representatives, supplier partners and media outlets
· Integration of digital, print and in-store POS brand awareness
· Organize and distribute proper merchandising permanent and paper POS for sales team
· Manage Nanticoke’s website updates and social media engagement
· Always know and practice 100% compliance with all New York State Office of Cannabis Management regulations
· Conduct promotions with Sales Team members in accounts on a regular basis
· Execute monthly marketing goals as related to business activities
· Possess a highly competitive marketing approach and passion for the Cannabis industry
· Develop and maintain marketing calendar for all events
· Other duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred with an emphasis in marketing, sales and management or equivalent experience
· Technical proficiency in web analytics, social media platforms, marketing software, CRM platforms, and graphic design tools
· Willingness to travel regularly covering all territories in NY State (expected travel 3 days per week)
· Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours that coincide with trade shows and marketing events
· High level product knowledge and creativity
· Project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects at any given time
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
· Valid and clean driver's license with active auto insurance
· Ability and willingness to work independently
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
