Kumabe HR is partnering with a local organization for a Billing Representative full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Process billing transactions, including payments, adjustments, and account updates
- Research, analyze, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Communicate professionally with customers through phone, email, or walk-in
- Maintain accurate documentation in billing systems in accordance with established procedures
- Assist with monthly premium invoice preparation and issue identification
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- Two years of customer service experience or billing related functions
- Accounts receivable experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn, adapt to, and effectively use billing systems, tools and processes
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
Other Information:
- On-site initially, with the possibility of working from home upon manager approval after successful completion of training and meeting performance expectations
